What are the dates of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe?
The exact dates vary from year to year but the Festival has always traditionally run for three and a half weeks in August, opening on the first Sunday and closing on the Bank Holiday Monday. For this years dates visit www.edfringe.com. The Pleasance opens four days earlier for previews. In 2004 the Festival Fringe dates were 7th-29th August, and shows at the Pleasance opened from the 3rd.
