The StageSpace is on the second floor of the building with access up three flights of stairs. All doors are standard size.

Hire Rates
£900 +VAT per week (half is payable as a deposit 90 days in advance of the first show)*

*Please note that the fee for a shorter run (if possible) will be a derivative of this.

Licensing Requirements
All scenic elements should be made up from non combustible material and/or inherently flame retardant fabrics. Timber scenery should meet Class 1 when tested in accordance with BS 476 pt.7. The Theatre must be informed at least 14 days in advance of the get in of the use of Pyrotechnics, smoke effects or flying, there will be a test firing required of all pyrotechnic effects
