Pleasance is pleased to announce the addition of five new rehearsal studios for hire at its busy North London venue.

Available to hire from as little as £50 + VAT, with access to kitchenettes and power points, they are ideal for rehearsals. Please see below for more detailed information on our two larger spaces.

All the studios benefit from the great location of Pleasance, which is only a 4 minute walk from Caledonian Road station on the Piccadilly line, and only 20 minutes from the West End. Also on the doorstep is the Woodstore bar and grill, which is open for pre and post rehearsal food and drink in a relaxed and atmospheric setting.

Hours of operation. 10am - 8pm Monday - Saturday, 12noon - 6pm Sunday.

Room 115

Room 115 has a large upstairs space, with two windows, and stairs leading down to another large space, connecting to a smaller room via a door. It contains a kitchenette area with a kettle, sink and microwave, and has a small bathroom.

Its main entrance is at street level, but has an alternative entrance to the lower ground for Wheelchair users.

Kitchenette Downstairs

Room 106 is accessible through the United House entrance on North Road, and is partially accessible to wheelchair users. There is an upper level (mezzanine) with kitchenette which is accessible by stairs only.

The larger downstairs space is floored throughout with black rubber tiles, and is overlooked by the mezzanine. It has two windows, and plenty of daylight is allowed to enter.

There are two air conditioning units, and one heater in the main space, and the kitchenette contains a separate water heater, kettle and sink.

Mezzanine Please note: The Downstairs two smaller areas (11 square metres and 14 square metres) are currently being used as office space by a resident company. The Upstairs kitchennete area is also shared with the resident company, although can be reserved exclusively if needed.
