Please note that the Pleasance is currently operating with a skeleton staff whilst our London theatre is closed and Edinburgh Festival Fringe season is suspended. If you have any urgent and time sensitive requirements during this time, please email [email protected] and one of the team will endeavour to come back to you. Otherwise, we hope to get back to work soon and will look forward to assisting you further then.

My show has been suspended, who can I contact?

Our Box Office team will be contacting all ticket holders to suspended shows by email regarding refunds or the option to donate. We thank you for your patience at this time.

How can I make a donation to a specific performer or performing company?

The impact of this crisis is a very grave threat to the future of the Pleasance Theatre Trust, the artists we support and the people that work here. The Pleasance is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation and we receive no regular government subsidy, with the significant majority of our funding coming from ticket sales.

To carry on, we need your help. Whether through a future visit or any donation - large or small - we are grateful for your continued support.

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher for future use?

Yes, you can - our Gift Vouchers can be used at either our London or Edinburgh venues and are valid for 18 months (550 days) from purchase. Vouchers can be used online 24/7, in person or over the phone once our Box Office has opened again. After purchasing your voucher you will receive an email confirmation with a 16 digit voucher code and the voucher expiry date.
