We offer free Carer or Personal Assistant tickets - please email us to organise your booking with a complimentary ticket in advance.

We offer lift access to the Main House venue by the North Road entrance - you can ring the doorbell at the bottom of the stairs in the courtyard to ask for assistance.
Our Downstairs venue is step free via a ramp.
We have Accessible & Gender Neutral Toilets.
There are hearing loop systems available - please let us know by email in advance if you would like to use the hearing loop system and approach Front of House on arrival at the venue.
Guide or Assistance Dogs are welcome - please let us know in advance if you need us to look after your dog during the show.
All food and drinks are delivered via table service to your cabaret table.
The accessible toilet is on the same level as the Main House.

Our venue Box Office is closed for in person bookings but you can call us on 0207 609 1800 for assistance. We're available 2-8pm on show days.
