Tickets purchased from The Fringe
You may have read in the press about the on-going issues that The Fringe are experiencing with their ticketing system.
If you have purchased tickets from The Fringe or from edfringe.com and have not yet received your tickets, please come direct to Pleasance for ticket collection.
Pleasance will be supplied with a list of audience members for each performance from The Fringe, and will be able to verify your booking.
This only affects customers who have purchased tickets direct from The Fringe.
Customers who have purchased tickets direct from pleasance.co.uk, edcomfest.com or direct from Pleasance box office are unaffected, as we use a separate ticketing system.
If you have any questions about ticket collection, please email us on info@pleasance.co.uk.
