Ticket Collection

You will receive an email confirmation which contains a QR code. This is your ticket. You can show this on your phone or printed out.

We are unable to provide printed tickets - if you would like to give tickets as a gift you may forward your email confirmation. We are currently unable to post tickets.

Our Front of House team will scan your QR code before you enter the venue. If you can’t find your QR code, please contact [email protected]

On Arrival

On the day of your show you will receive an email from us providing more information about your visit.

Please let us know in advance that you require use of our lift by emailing [email protected].

Our Front of House team will be ready to greet you and scan your QR code from one hour before your show. Your group will then be shown to your table or seats. Please note that latecomers may not be admitted.

Refunds

Our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However:

If the show is cancelled for whatever reason we will provide a refund of the cost of your tickets, or if you would prefer, an exchange for an alternative night (subject to availability). We are closely monitoring the government guidance and will communicate any changes to your booking as quickly as possible via email.

Why do I pay a booking fee?

The Pleasance Theatre Trust charges a booking fee to cover the rather numerous charges made by credit card companies, banks and payment gateway providers that allow us to sell tickets online using credit cards and debit cards. We regret that we are unable to include this booking fee in the list price of the ticket. Our booking fee is non-refundable.

Why do you ask for an additional donation?

The donation is completely optional. The Pleasance is a registered charity, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing a platform for new theatre companies, new artists and new ideas. Any donations are also put back into building rehearsal rooms and upgrading our theatres and existing facilities to enable emerging companies to create work both at Pleasance London and at Pleasance during the Festival Fringe.

Does my child need a ticket?

Any child over the age of 2 will need their own ticket.
