Silly, nostalgic and high-energy; Beau Creme: On TV! is an upcoming multimedia character comedy and narrative sketch show. Self-described national treasure, Beau hosts a retrospective documentary revisiting the nation’s favourite shows, stars and moments from every decade of British television.
Slick film integration! Highly technical set pieces! A surprisingly poignant narrative! This show will have NONE of these because they are still in development and aren’t ready yet! Join comedian, filmmaker and rubber-faced silly-billy Rory Cargill as he works on the character stuff first.
Praise for earlier development versions of the show:
‘Very entertaining.’ Chortle
‘A blissful 60 minutes of silliness.’ ★★★★★ Broadway World
‘A pitch perfect homage to classic TV that’s a must-see’. ★★★★★ Lothian Life
‘Truly exemplary.’ A Youngish Perspective
‘Excellent, professionally slick visual mania.’ The Quinntessential Review

Futures Festival is a Pay What You Can Event, with 100% of the box office going directly towards supporting the artists and the work you see on stage. We invite you to consider what you might typically spend on a show, and choose the highest tier you feel comfortable with - every pound helps us champion new voices and bold ideas.
Each year Pleasance commits to supporting six London based theatre makers/writers for a two year residency as our Associate Artists, providing them with the transformative tools to take their work and craft to the next level. We asked them to curate a festival based around themes of their choosing. Futures Festival is the result!
Futures Festival showcases developing productions from leading independent performance makers and companies.
This show is part of Week 3, The Future is Two presented by The Project People.
A week-long celebration of collaboration, featuring performances created and produced by duos working with The Project People. Each show highlights bold, innovative work that thrives on the power of partnership.
