A brand new work in progress from comedian Emmeline Downie. Emmeline brings her provincial, playful, and unpredictable style to the stage in Channel 40, a character comedy show about the very last broadcast of Milton Keynes’ grassroots cable TV channel in 1979.

Best known on the alternative circuit for her creation, Gail Summerfield, Emmeline has collaborated with Taskmaster’s Ania Magliano, Leo Reich, and Bella Hull, and written for BBC Studios.
