PLEASANCE LONDON 30TH ANNIVERSARY

Pleasance London Turns 30

Help us celebrate 30 years – and support the next 30

At a time when London is losing spaces where artists can take creative risks, Pleasance London is celebrating 30 years of doing exactly that – and looking ahead to the next 30.

Thursday 12th November, from 6pm
Pleasance Theatre, North Road, London, N7 9EF

Join us for an evening of drinks, comedy, prizes, and a special performance of Fringe smash hit Remember, Remember: an incredibly inaccurate, ridiculously camp retelling of one of Britain's most infamous tales of treason – featuring the voice of Stephen Fry as the narrator. Expect hilarious songs, forbidden love and explosive action.

You can also join the party from 8PM onwards, for a raffle and live DJ set.

Why we're asking for your support

Pleasance London has made it to 30 years – but we need your support to secure 30 more.

In the last two years, a wave of London fringe theatres have been forced to close due to mounting financial pressures, amidst an increasingly difficult funding landscape.

The Pleasance Theatre is one of few remaining venues providing development and performance opportunities for early-career performers, writers and backstage talent. But it’s in desperate need of funding to keep the building and its work running – for at least another 30 years.

Help the Pleasance Theatre keep our doors open – so we can keep opening doors for emerging artists.
